REEDY MVP STOCK MOTOR

 

This is the hot motor to get for all forms of stock racing. Car Action Magazine did a comparison with the other leading stock motors and the Reedy MVP had the highest rpm and torque. This is rare for motors, especially since stock motors are geared to perform well in either the rpm or torque category, but the MVP excelled in both. There are two versions of the motor being sold. One has Dyno specs and racing brushes while the other doesn't. This should prove to be the motor of choice once its is more readily available.

 

This new modified motor from Mr. Reedy should be a real powerhouse if it passed his strict level for high performance motors. Mike Reedy has won more IFMAR titles than all the other motor manufacturers combined. So to say this motor has a lot of experience behind it is an understatement. In the recent IFMAR WORLDs, Reedy cleaned up again and proved that they are still a force to be reckoned with. The motor featured a can that has better air flow and is maximized for NiMH 3000 cells. The motor comes only in double winds from 13 - 8 turns, so watch out for these at your next modified race.
