Craig Drescher is concentrating hard with the new car around the Crystal Park Circuit, California. This is a popular venue for nitro touring cars and it was reported that the TC3 was already laps faster than any previous nitro tourer. This, despite being in the mid-day heat, where lap times are always slower.

Looks like Associated is not content with producing one of the best electric touring cars to hit the track! They now want a piece of the nitro touring market. The company is no stranger to gas racing and used to be a leading maker of 1:8 gas cars ( the RC 500). They even won a few IFMAR World Champoionships in the past and are looking to do the same in the nitro touring division.

These are some shots of Cliff Lett and Craig Drescher testing the new kit and as you can see there are some similarities between this car and the TC3.
